Keep in mind that Avon Holiday items as well as brochures sell out fast. So let your customers know if they see something they like to order it ASAP.
And if you’re looking to order Holiday Brochures make sure to also order them as soon as they come out because they also sell out quickly. Reps are trying to make the most of the holiday season so everyone is ordering brochures.

Hey Team, thought it would be a good time to go over some Avon Account management to help keep your Avon account healthy and up to date. If you have questions or need clarification, feel free to text or send me an email.
Account Housekeeping
- New Reps need to place a first order to activate account.
- ALL Reps Must place at least one order every 5 campaigns (10 weeks) to maintain ACTIVE account status.
- When account is INACTIVE you are not eligible for Rep incentives or benefits.
- If your account goes INACTIVE you can reinstate your account by placing an order.
- After a year of inactivity your account will permanently be closed.
- Avon Call Center
For any issues with your orders placed thru your dashboard (missing or damage products, didn’t receive order) you’ll need to call Avon directly (866) 513-2866. - Commission
Reps with Contender Title (Less than $5000 annual sales) need to have a minimum of $49 to receive their 25% commission. So, if you have a few orders that the accumulative total is less than $49, make sure to place a personal order for the remaining balance so you can get commission on those sales. Or follow up with customers to get more orders. - Avon Wallet:
This is where you’ll receive commission from orders placed thru your online store. You’ll need to set up Direct Deposit so your online commissions can get disbursed to your bank account once the order ships to your customer. If you earn an Avon Incentive that offers a cash award (not credit) it will also get disbursed to you Avon Wallet. - Avon Presidents Recognition Program
Our sales titles are based on a 26 Campaign Cycle (C1 -C26) each campaign is 2 weeks long. Once C26 ends, beginning C1, we start all over to achieve our titles.
Example: If you reach a total sales of $10,000 by Campaign 17, 2023 you’ll immediately receive a commission raise of 40% and you’ll continue to receive 40% commission throughout the next cycle until the end of Campaign 26, 2024.
From C1 - C24 of 2024 you’ll have 26 campaigns to achieve your title again or surpass it and go onto the next level! If you don’t reach your title goal within the 26 campaigns, you’ll fall back to the previous sales title along with the corresponding commission. Our Sales Titles (Contender, Premier, President’s Club titles etc,) are based on Award Sales. Award Sales is the brochure price not the price you’re charged after your Rep discount. So, if an item is $10 in the brochure that is amount that counts towards our Sales Title goal as well as any incentive goals.
