
Sooner or later you or a customer will want to return an item to Avon. No worries! Avon backs all purchases with a 100% Guarantee! So whenever a customer isn’t happy with an item you can assure them with Avon’s Return Policy and offer them a refund or exchange. A request to return an item must be made within 45 days of purchase.
Avon makes the return process easy but here are a few things to keep in mind. You will be responsible for the shipping charges so if you have more than one item to return whether it’s from one or more customer, hold on to those items and return them to Avon all at the same time. You can do this on a monthly basis whenever needed. This will help minimize costs.
If the product is in good condition and something that can be resold to another customer, keep it rather than return it.
Returns are deducted from your award sales which means less commission for you. You can also offer your customer a credit or exchange, rather than money back.
It's up to you how you work out the return with your customer as long as Avon's Return policy is honored and your customer is compensated either by cash, credit or exchange.

To process a return whether it’s a customers or your own, just go Your AvonNow dashboard > MANAGE ORDERS > RETURNS. Then the following info from Avon will help you get familiar with return process.
Note: Once you enter your return info and submit it to Avon for a credit and you’ll have up to 45 days to ship it to Avon. Just click the “Ship Later” option, that way you can add additional returns that might come in before you print out the return label.

For Representatives whose accounts do not have Instant Credit, credit will be applied once the item has been received and processed in the National Returns Processing Center. To see whether or not you have Instant Credit, go to My Account at the upper right and select My Profile. You’ll see Instant Credit under the My Representative Information section.
